I was not referring to the article overall, but to the remark
about technical writers. The Agile concept is primarily about
not bogging down implementation with unnecessary effort, it
is not an excuse to neglect planning altogether. As with
documents, poor attitudes about making and updating plans
will not be automatically cured.
