Like most consultant/contractors, I have a functional resume, not a
chronological one. Last week I had a recruiter call about a job and insist
that I rework my resume into a chronological one, "that's what the employers
want to see". Even though I tolk him that I've been contracting for 20+
years and a chronological resume could run to 10+ pages, he was insistant
that a functional resume was not what is required. I tuned him out and tried
to close the call. He had the b++ls to ask if I knew anyone who was looking
for warehousing jobs!

This is one who went immediately on my "do not call" list.
