How do you actually write it out? (as in any or all XYZ) or how do you write out a plural acronym if its not possessive. IS that possessive?.

How would you say: the budget for the XYZs

or - the XYZ's budgets ?

any of those correct usage incorrect - is there a guideline?

The only thing I would add to the suggestions already made is to spell out the acronym (or acronyms) on first use. At east then your reader has a little better idea of what is being pluralized or possessivized (okay, it's probably not a word, but it should be) ..... it must be Friday.
