Thank you all for your input! 'Tis appreciated. So many of your
suggestions were interesting, but well beyond the scope of my project.
Right now this Green Belt project is a little training project which
will eventually become a Green Belt size project. Yes, all of my
problems flow down from the top, i.e., structure of the online system.
However, to fix that level is considered Black Belt or even Master Black
Belt - WAY beyond where I am today. I'm merely trying to address 2
departments right now and make the users for whom I am responsible (as
regards procedures, flowcharts, etc.) find what they need - sorta'
FTFM!

You all rock! I've learned much just from your comments this morning.

Can any of you kind folks tell me how you have resolved the problem of
users being unable to locate documents? Our online system is huge and
the options are endless, but it seems no one can find what they're
looking for - pardon my grammar. My Six Sigma/Green Belt project is to
resolve this issue. My only thoughts are to design a class for users
but I'd rather keep it simple, perhaps just a one page work instruction
showing bulleted steps. (Now where is that list buried?)

Suggestions will be gladly accepted. TIA
