The following was posted on TECHWR-L about five weeks ago:

"Microsoft announced at WritersUA that they would not be making it
(winhlp32.exe) available as a download. Period."

Now it looks like Microsoft *will* be making it (winhlp32.exe) available
as a download. Period.

Hope nobody spent too much money and time frantically converting to CHM
files...
