Bonuses for getting them done early and monetary fines for getting them
done late. Make sure you and the reviewers have a clear understanding of
dates.

I've had good luck in the past getting company employees in various
countries review material. After all, they have a vested interest in
getting the stuff out, not to mention that they are often familiar with
the product.

Subject: Translation Reviewers

Hi all, can you guys give me any suggestions:

I have had my English manuals translated into many different languages
after receiving the documents from the translators I forward these on to
my reviewers for comments this brings about my question.

How can I speed up the translation review process, in a few cases I have
had manuals under review for 6 months with repeated emails from my self
on the status of their review. This needs to be accomplished in a way as
not to upset the reviewer, as I may need to use them again.

Dave
