RE: What do you write?

Everything I write is internal, because I work in the area responsible
for policies and procedures. Some of my work contains software
procedures, but that is not my main focus. Mostly, I create and update
policies that describe regulations that must be followed, job aids,
decision tables, and help re-engineer work flows and document those. 

I have done all kinds of software documentation (shrink wrap and home
grown), proposals, marketing pieces, and public relations material. 

My industry is very interesting to me, so I enjoy writing the internal
documentation. There is always something new to learn.
