Stephanie...if you've been the sole writer and are now getting
another writer, how much supervision do you think you'll be doing?
You're getting a writer because there is too much to write now, not a
lack of bosses.

You're supervision should be:

"Good there anything you need? Good, if you do, yell."
and in the evening "How'd it go...have everything you need? Good.
Seeya in the morning."
