What not to write when you have no content

I saw an article on the Web and could not believe my
eyes until I went to the alleged source. I found this:

http://today.reuters.com/news/articleinvesting.aspx?view=CN&storyID=2006-08-15T201649Z_01_N15420743_RTRIDST_0_AIRLINES-NORTHWEST.XML&rpc=66&type=qcna

In the past, I've seen instances of writers using
greeking or other forms of meaningless content to bulk
out draft documents, in order to get a more accurate
page count for the final, or to get page breaks set in
advance. Sometimes, people forget to comb out their
spurious content - I think that is what we have here.
This highlights the need for outside reviews and for
writers to not try to edit their own work.
