SFU Tech Writing Certificate

Hi Everyone!

I've been looking for a tech writing certificate course to take to improve my skills (e.g. learn Framework basics, etc) and found this course from Simon Fraser University in BC:

Have anyone taken it? Can someone recommend a decent distance tech writing certificate course I could take (distance is the key, as I'm in Europe).
