What learning theory forms the basis of your system?  It's been a few
years since I've taken any pedagogy courses (which didn't really help
when I began teaching Freshman-level English courses) and looked over
the different theories (Communities of Practice, etc.).  You might want
to check out Adult Learning: An Overview by Stephen Brookfield.  I used
it as a secondary source for a paper during my Master's program, in
which I tied in Information Theory (Lyotard, etc.) and Ray Kurzweil's
The Age of Spiritual Machines. . .  It ended up becoming a rather large
paper before I presented it.
