After meeting again with management, it would appear that they want,
well... everything. A manual for every proceedure in the firm,
compiled into a printable, indexed, cross-referenced document.

So I'm looking at learning, from the ground up, the process of
documenting this sort of thing, while I document it. Should be
interesting!

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I'll be keeping them in mind as I
begin this process.

Well, I'm sure that's true. I guess I was going based off the lawyers I
work with and they like the online format. Their biggest concern is the
content and whether someone can print it or not.

On this point I would recommend checking with the people
at the top. Lawyers tend to have an inordinate affection for
documents made from dead trees.
