That would be my major problem, yes.

Various of us are trying to put processes in place, but this is a small
company, everyone's in fully-stretched 'hurry' mode, deadlines are
tight, and even though proper processes would save time in the long run,
it's difficult to get them put in while there's urgent work to be done
for clients - which is always.

Thankyou everybody for your suggestions and help; I now have a number of
things to talk about, and a few possible objectives that may even be
quantifiable :)
