Press Ctrl-H to bring up the Edit Replace dialog

In the Find What box, type "Domain Restrictions"

Click the More button to display the formatting part of the dialog

Click Format, and select Style from the dropdown menu, then select Heading 3
from the list of styles.

Position the cursor in the Replace With box, but ensure that it is blank

Click the Format button again and select Style, then select Body Text from
the list of styles

Click Replace All.

If the other headings are also in Heading 3, and you want them also
converted to Body text, simply type the heading text into the Find What box
and click Replace All again.

The whole thing should only take a few minutes.
