I hope that bit is another one of those "It depends" items, and that if
you're hiring someone you want as a team lead or manager or something of
the sort that you actually put something in your requirement that says so,
so I know not to respond.

Why? I'm an experienced (and dare I say, talented) writer. I _shine_ at
being a second-in-command, fix this emergency, learn this new technology
so we can use it to do our job, be the guru who teaches other team members
how to do something, perform basic troubleshooting and tech support for
the writing group, and learn this new process/software/hardware and
document it person; but I have no desire to be a team lead or a manager,
and my resume will never show that trend you're looking for.
