Al,

In this case we're dealing with nepotism and an "Old Boy's Network"
that has just gotten too stale. I've hit a golden ceiling and there's
no way through.

It would be in the company's best interest to bring in some new
leadership (let the CEO be President, but allow someone else to run
the company, etc.) But you're right. Ego.

Oh well. No longer a concern of mine. On to bigger, better, and more
lucrative things...hehehehe.
