I create a problem category to group wordy problem statements.
And I usually set up my troubleshooting charts in an Access relational
database, from which I have lots of final delivery options.

Problem Category Problem Solution

Page Numbers Page numbers display Go to "Print Options"
correctly, but print and select "Reverse
as Page 1 of 1, Print Order", then
Page 2 of 2 instead of print. Note -- don't
Page 1 of 33, forget to undo this
Page 2 of 33, ... option before converting
Word files to PDF. And
refrain from creating
big honker documents.
