Hi, Todd :-)

Vista Help, for most of us, is kinda on hold ;-). It's available to
OEMs and Microsoft, but that's it right now.

Microsoft is suggesting that anyone supporting Vista use .chms
installed locally.

And the process you're using (Frame with Acrobat and WebWorks) is one
that many people use, and that you can continue to can use
WebWorks to publish .chm files. (You don't need to change unless
there's a problem with the workflow. If you visit, you can compare many popular Help authoring
tools side-by-side to see what your options are.)
