Semantics. If you have a "style guide" and an objective
that says "comply with department processes and style
guide" that counts for X percent of your annual review
score, how is that different from putting "Style Law" on
the cover of the document?

A company's style guide is as rigid or flexible as the
company's management decides it will be.
