Also, did you not find out what tools they were using before accepting
the job? I would have thought the interview process would be a better
time to determine if the tools in use would be a problem. I know that
when I interviewed for various jobs recently, I asked about their tools
and workflow on the occasions when they didn't present it themselves.

(I'm hoping you weren't thinking, "I'll just get them to switch to Frame
after I start.")
