Why, on your second day with a new employer, would you suggest they
change from a workflow that you are unfamiliar with?

It would be one thing if they were using a Word or FrameMaker workflow
that you understood and that you understood to be inefficient or just
plain ugly.

But, if you are unfamiliar with the tools and workflow, why not learn
them, build your expertise, and then consider the pros, cons,
efficiencies, and expense before suggesting a switch?
