Is your customer able to open other pdf files (created in the same version of Acrobat) on the HPUX machine?  The problem may not be with the file, but with way the your customer's machine is setup.  You might ask your customer to upgrade to Acrobat 7.x Reader for HPUX.  On a similar note, if your customer has customers that are using an older version of the Acrobat Reader on HPUX machines, you might explain to your customer that they probably ought to upgrade their reader(s) and have their customers do likewise.

Hi all,

 The customer seems to have a problem opening PDFs in Adobe Reader in a Hpux machine. The PDF seems to work fine in a PC. The PDF was created using Acrobat professional 6.0. Now the customer wants to know why the PDF is not opening in Adobe Reader in a Hpux machine, but opens on a PC.  The Adobe Reader used was 5.0. 

Any guesses to the problem.
