I'm trying to use RoboHelp 6 to produce printed documentation (Yes, I'm
a glutton for punishment).

The problem is that the finished product (A Word file) is missing some
content, in some cases some entire topics are not present. I've made
sure there are no conditional tag issues. <<

You have a style sheet conflict somewhere. I ran into this myself. Take
another look at your style sheets. If you are not using style sheets, it
may be time to think about using them. My two cents.
