Hello All,

I use Windows 2000 and RoboHelp X5.0.2 Build (801) to create a small
HTMLHelp (.chm) help file for an application. The help file opens just
fine when I run the application from my Windows 2000 machine and select
Help from the Help menu or press F1 for the context sensitive help. The
problem occurs when a developer runs the same application from Windows
XP Service Pack 2. The help file does not open from the application
(Help menu item, F1), however, if he double-clicks the .chm file it
opens fine.

I checked the Adobe website, which led me to upgrade to X5.0.2. I
thought the problem was with the pop-up blocker in XP, but we turned
that feature off and still no luck. I also checked the Microsoft website
but could not find a solution.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

Richard Kwiatkowski
