When I was a hiring manager, I was struck by how many
resumes were boring, badly written, had typos,
contained hyperbolic claims, or seemed to show little
awareness of what I needed. For many jobs, all these

successfully solved. Make it interesting and personal,
and make it relevant to the job you want. Clean up the
typos. Have a friend proof it. Stay away from
impossible claims.
