Subject:Re: price for legal review of contract? From:"Pro TechWriter" <pro -dot- techwriter -at- gmail -dot- com> To:"Becky Edmondson" <beckyed -at- rcn -dot- com> Date:Tue, 18 Mar 2008 11:32:29 -0500
My attorney in St. Pete charged me around $75 (US) for a employment
contract. He has charged me up to $125 for a real estate contract though.
It was money well-spent for both, because both were so slanted in the other
person's favor that he asked me why I was doing it. That prompted some
thought, and I changed on contract, and didn't accept the other. I do want
mutual benefit in my arrangements, which is only fair :-)
It's some of the best money I've spent, and saved me from much grief.
