So sorry to hear that Collin. Been there...it sucks dirty pond water. This
similar situation happened to me at one of those so-called "great places to
work" where I was screamed at, and threatened with being beaten up! I was
just astounded that a huge computer company (the one with the initials)
would allow this to happen. They did...nothing.
I quit :-) with a remark about "I don't have to take this **** and a big
step forward to the one who threatened to take me outside, who changed his
mind, quickly. I don't recommend this approach, however.
Here's a book I read recently with link to Amazon.com. List Manager, it has
a bad word in the title, I'm sorry, I'll use funny characters instead. No
endorsement for a particular book seller; I am sure you can get it other
places, but there are some reviews here you might want to read too.
You could send a copy anonymously to your HR deparment with a post-it with
the person's name on it...
Maybe it will help. In the meantime, I hope you can maintain your sanity.
And remember, sometimes IT IS THEM! :-D
