Shouldn't matter what the output type is. The process is the same.

From RoboHelp's perspective, if the file isn't explicitly referenced by
a topic, it's not part of the project. As a result, it's not carried
into the .CHM or populated among the swarm of WebHelp files. Captivate
output is similar to a house of cards. Take away one element and the
house collapses. Adding to baggage ensures the content ends up where
Captivate expects to find it among the WebHelp files or inside the .CHM.
