Recalling messages

I see this occasionally -- someone sends a message with the subject that 
they want to recall a message.

It is my understanding that this DOES NOT WORK. Well, in theory it will 
work if both you and the recepient are using Microsoft Outlook. In practice, I 
imagine it doesn't work well at all :) 

Better to think twice and send once :)

(sort of like measure twice and cut once)
