I won't be surprised if I hear the plaintiff in this case make
that claim, either.
Reality will probably turn out to be something somewhere
in between the two extremes, as suggested by Janice: a
writer who might have been very effective in the old
company, but was a poor match for a new company
environment that most of Sun's existing writers find
exhilarating rather than abusive.
