Is there a real-time collaboration tool for MS Word 2003?

I had to work on an RFQ. So many people were involved on various sides of
the globe. There were so many reviews that I had to integrate in virtually
no time.

Is there a tool that allows real-time collaboration?

What would be best is to allow the people to make all the changes on the
same document.

Any ideas?
