As other have suggested, "Department Code table" makes sense, as do

"Department Code list"
"Department Code grid"
"Department Code display"

Except in technical documentation for internal consumption, calling it a
"display grid" is a bit like saying you live in a "house building".

You should consider whether you need any of those words other than the term
that identifies what you are showing:

"Click <whatever> to view Department Codes"

Do you really need to tell your users it is a grid or table or list? Do they
care? Or is it the content that they are interested in?
