> I'll let others speak to X1

I've been using X1 for a couple of years now, and it is my favorite
utility. I don't use it a lot, but when I do, I really need it! Someone
might ask me for a document I wrote some time ago (weeks, months, years,
whatever) and with a few clues I can bring it up instantly. Sort of
like, "Didn't we have a document that talked about how to use the Widget
application? I know we don't use that app any more, but I need some

It really is amazing -- X1 searches files, documents of all kinds,
images, and even email attachments. It searches on your hard drive and,
with permission, on any network share you have permission to use.
