Not only am I in the office more than most, I show up earlier and have been known to stay much later.

I also don't pass around silly emails (on the company email server!) or sit around the kitchen drinking beer.

What's annoying is three of our developers are 100% remote. Why aren't they scrutinized?

Best case scenario is they are judging you by what they'd do. Not much
you can do about that.

Probably all you can do is meet your deadlines and not miss many phone
