Importing clean Word documents that use styles consistantly is not a problem.
It's importing messy files from people who don't know how to use Word
that makes it a headache. (i.e. your friendly neighborhood developer
or product manager) Which I've almost always solved by stripping the
formatting from the Word doc and retagging once I get it into Frame.
