Damn, he beat me to it. I came up with this:

decubitus /deÂcuÂbiÂtus/ (de-kuÂbÄ-tus) pl. decuÂbitus [L.]
1. an act of lying down; the position assumed in lying down.

Of course, it doesn't use supine and prone, it uses dorsal and ventral
decubitus, so I'm probably still wrong.
