Here's a FrameMaker question... (I use version 7.02.)

I have a table in my document. There's a footnote below the table. The
footnote text is crunched right up against the bottom line of the
table--there's almost no spacing between the two.

Question: How do I increase the space between the bottom of the table
and the footnote text?

Using Paragraph Designer doesn't seem to fix this...
