I wouldn't list authoring tools as a requirement in a job posting. I'm
in the software business, so being able to learn software quickly is a
fundamental requirement, and anyone who works with me has a good
teacher / guru.

Still, call me a FrameMaker snob, but it would seem weird to me that
anyone who'd been in the business long enough to have had several jobs
would not have used it.
