I totally agree. At my last job we upgraded to 7.0 because we needed
Section 508 compatibility, but skipped 7.1, 7.2, and not worth
the money.

I found 9.0 unusable on my laptop when undocked due to the 1024x768
screen. It was fine on my 1680x1050 display.
