I too have used Visio on almost every job I've had, mainly for fairly simple
diagrams and flowcharts. I find it faster and easier to create them in
Visio than in Illustrator.

One nice feature about Visio is that if you have for example two boxes
linked with an arrow, when you move one box the arrow moves around and stays
