Yes if they are cross-references. They update just like any other field codes (select all, then F9, for example). But there are also a lot of things that can break cross-reference and cause them to display everybody's favorite "Error. Bookmark not defined" messages.



If they were created as hyperlinks rather than as cross-references, they are much less subject to breakage, but they will cannot be made to update automatically.
