OmniPage vs. FineReader

SYSTEM SPECS: FM8; Windows XP/VISTA; Acrobat Pro ver. 7 & 9, Contenta

My office is considering using either OmniPage or Abby FineReader for
document alchemy. Any pros-n-cons of each application and its' ability
play well with others - particularly FrameMaker - would be GREATLY
