Re: linking from Frame(PDF) to external files

My SOP for a file whose associated app is either unknown or that I know I don't 
have is to virus scan it and then open it with Notepad.  If all I get that way 
is unreadable binary, the file is usually deleted and remains forever unread.

Good point. It's normal for a PDF to link to other PDFs or HTML, but
to a text file is suspicious.

Linking to a .cs file ... I don't even have an application for that.
Though I suppose if the doc were for some sort of programming tool and
.cs was sample C# source code, that might be clear to the user.
