The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I've also used Excel to track projects, without a template. But if you
want a template:
1. Open Excel.
2. From the File menu, select New.
3. In the New Workbook task pane, under Templates, type "project," and
then click Go.
Excel 2003 gave me 29 templates to choose from. One of those might work
for your document review process.
