What kind of project?

I typically have a list of the topic headings that need to be updated
for the release with status for each (e.g. to do, need final code, in
progress, need info from Joe, needs testing, out for review, done).
Sometimes I have other things such as the exported html file name,
unique topic ID, context ID and HIDD marker ... depends on what kind
of things I need to check after generating the deliverables.
