Only if our users have a choice. The download is per client machine,
and last I checked the package is not distributable, meaning you need
to instruct every user to dlowload it to use your 32-bit HLP files.
Not exactly a user-friendly approach or a selling point for your
product, especially if your users are in a tightly regulated computing
environment.

But, as with anything, know your audience and adjust accordingly.
