Missing Images in WebHelp Output

I have TCS2. I am working on a LINKED FrameMaker9 book in RoboHelp8.

I was getting poor quality images, so I changed all images to png and they look pretty good...that is, until I generated the WebHelp. I clicked to view the output, and NO images, only boxes with the dreaded red X.

Also, what file(s) do we post on our server for output? The whole WebHelp folder? The html folder? The other job I had, we just gave the chm to the web-dude. I don't even know if there is a chm in RH8.

Please help, my project is overdue!
