Data center operations documentation

It's been some time since I've posted. I am currently working on a
data center project and need to create a data center operations
manual, to cover both IT and mechanical operations. If anyone has
experience developing such a thing (or perhaps another type of large
facility operations manual?), I would appreciate talking with you
off-list.
