I should note that the form is for the NPO's members to fill out and send
in either by e-mail, fax or paper, and not everyone will have strong (if
any) computers skills. Forms can be submitted through e-mail with FDF
support; PDFill has this. At $20 (US) it seems unusually cost-effective,
hence my interest in this particular tool.
