Melissa, you have both my congratulations and my envy. It may be a bit rocky at first, but what a wonderful chance to be able to set things up the right way for once. I'd love to get a shot at a job where I could get the technical documents group really properly tied in with the rest of the staff and make sure they really are an integral part of the development process. Good luck with it and I hope you are wildly successful.
